Gauselmann AG

As the central holding and parent company of the Gauselmann Group, Gauselmann AG has many subsidiaries. After it was established in 1980, the parent company was ultimately renamed Gauselmann AG in 1990. The heart of the holding company, with its 370 employees, beats at the Espelkamp and Lübbecke locations in North Rhine-Westphalia.

BEIT GmbH

BEIT GmbH acts as a full service provider to the Gauselmann Group and provides integrated IT solutions to the holding companies and their subsidiaries from a single source. From its beginnings as a department of the Gauselmann Group, BEIT developed into a stand-alone subsidiary.

MERKUR Immobilien und Bauprojekte GmbH & Co. KG

MERKUR Immobilien und Bauprojekte GmbH & Co. KG was established in 1991 and is responsible for the planning, construction and management of properties of the Gauselmann Group. These include the office buildings, arcades and apartments of the Gauselmann Group, as well as the Schloss Benkhausen training centre.

In the Gauselmann Group, adp MERKUR GmbH (former adp Gauselmann) is responsible for the development, production and sale of games and amusement machines. The company was established in 1972 and currently has around 1,200 employees.

As the service provider of the Gauselmann Group, MERKUR SERVICE combines the subsidiaries MSG MERKUR Spielgeräte Service GmbH and Service MERKUR GROßHANDEL. The company has a total workforce of around 300 employees in eleven branch offices throughout Germany. The main location is in Lübbecke.

The Gauselmann Group has been active in international markets since as far back as 1985, firstly as Stella International Spielgeräte GmbH and, from 2003 onwards, through MEXIM GmbH & Co. KG. The companies were merged in 2005 as part of the realignment of the international business activities to form MERKUR GAMING.

MERKUR GAMING India Private Ltd. is headquartered in New Delhi and, alongside adp MERKUR GmbH, is considered to be the company that has the greatest resources in the area of games development within the Gauselmann Group.
